Tri Counties Bank deposits $25,000 toward California fire relief fund

REDDING, Calif. - Tri Counties Bank has started the California Fire Fund 2017 account with a initial deposit of $25,000 to benefit victims of the fires throughout Northern California.

Monetary donations to the fund can be made at any Tri Counties Bank Branch, or online at

These funds will be distributed to people in need through local non-profit emergency relief agencies directly serving fire victims with immediate needs.

These non-profit organizations include:

Catholic Charities of Santa Rosa- serving Napa and Sonoma Counties North Coast Opportunities- serving Lake and Mendocino Counties United Way of Northern California- serving Trinity and Siskiyou Counties The Salvation Army- serving Butte, Yuba, and Nevada Counties

Officials said funds will be allocated to local agencies based on proportionate need and expect impact.
