Weather Forecast: Frost Advisory For Parts Of The Northcoast
Eureka, Arcata& Crescent City - Expect another chilly start for the Northcoast Thursday with sunny skies in the afternoon.
A ridge of high pressure will be building into Northern California the next few days which will allow for warmer weather and sunny skies, especially for the inland.
However with dry air and clear skies in place this will allow for chilly to cold mornings throughout the area.
Afternoon highs will peak around Friday and Saturday, running 5-10 degrees above normal for most areas.
Another weak system will clip Northern California to the east on Saturday evening with high pressure quickly building in behind it into Sunday and into Monday. This will bring about another north wind event for the region. With no widespread precipitation yet, more Fire Weather Watches or Red Flag Warnings are possible.
