Oroville police arrest wanted homicide suspect

According to the Oroville Police Department, Joshua Lee Sealy, 30, of Oroville, has been arrested after he was allegedly involved in a homicide in Oroville Thursday.

According to investigators, two people were shot in a home on the 2700 block of Fort Wayne Street in Oroville. One of the subjects was identified as Christy Seim, 27, of Oroville, who sustained a glancing gunshot wound to her head.

The other subject, a man, received a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. The name of the victim has not been identified.

Seim, after receiving treatment at Oroville Hospital, was booked into the Butte County Jail for murder due to her alleged participation in the attack upon the male victim.
