Orland police said four suspects have been caught after reportedly stealing prescription narcotics and medication from a pharmacy.

Missing Shasta County man found dead

Search and Rescue teams have found the body of missing man Wayde Rego.

Rego had last been seen near Bear Creek Falls in Shingletown.

Crews found his body in the water Thursday afternoon.

National Guard troops begin work at border

California, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico have all agreed to send troops to patrol the U.S.-Mexico border.

This week, the President tweeted about California Governor Jerry Brown's decision, writing "California Governor Jerry Brown is doing the right thing and sending the National Guard to the Border. Thank you Jerry, good move for the safety of our Country!"
