Mother of homicide suspect arrested for trying to tamper evidence
REDDING, Calif. - The Redding Police Department has arrested the mother of Brooklyn Hill after she admitted to trying to retrieve the weapon believed to have been used to kill Joshua Ahlberg.
Investigators are continuing to look into the alleged murder of Joshua Ahlberg by Devin Sutton-Wilson, Isaiah Williams, and Brooklyn Hill.
According to officials, during their investigation, they found that Hill's mother, Tara Lecznar, 38, had been in contact with Sutton-Wilson. Sutton-Wilson allegedly asked Lecznar to Hill's home on Willis Street to retrieve a pistol he had in the house.
