EPD: Body found near Samoa Bridge, no foul play suspected

Today around 9:11 a.m., a call came in to the Eureka Police Department of a report of a possible deceased person near Samoa Bridge, according to EPD Public Information Officer Brittany Powell.

Officers, medical personnel, and the coroner responded to the scene and confirmed the person was dead.

No foul play is suspected.

The identity of the deceased person is not known at this time.
