Tuesday, December 5th Forecast: Slight warming trend the rest of the week
Expect a chilly start to your day but a warm afternoon with sunny skies for all of Northern California.
A strong high pressure system continues to build into the area. This same system has given some of us the gusty northerly winds that have also dried things out.
For areas that are protected from early morning winds, the clear skies and dry air will bring a very chilly start to your day.
Once the sun comes up we will see the temperatures slowly climb and it is expected to be slightly warmer today than yesterday. This marks the beginning of our warming trend the rest of the week and into the weekend.
The strong ridge will remain in place for the foreseeable future which will continue to bring clear skies, dry weather and chilly mornings.
