Anti-Semitic flyers distributed in North Chico neighborhood
CHICO, Calif- Chico PD responded to reports from several residents who had received anti-Semitic flyers in a North Chico neighborhood.
The flyers were not targeted toward any specific person, but rather just contained general hate material.
Police believe the flyers were distributed early Sunday morning in the areas of Silverbell Rd, Godman Ave, and Waterford Rd.
They say that they will be ramping up patrols in the area and will follow up with Jewish Community Partners in the next coming days.
The person or people, responsible for this hate incident are still unknown. CPD urges anyone in the area to check their surveillance footage for any activity that coincides with the incident.
