RED BLUFF, Calif. — Investigators said a cow caused a semi-truck to crash into an oncoming car on Interstate 5, leaving a Cottonwood man with major injuries.
The collision happened around 8:30 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 5 near Flores Avenue south of Red Bluff.
