Many students in California are preparing for online classes for the fall semester.

But many of them are still questioning whether that’ll be enough to get the proper education they need.

There is still much uncertainty on how students and faculty are going to start their fall 2020 semester.

CSU Chancellor, Timothy White, says the majority of classes will likely be online affecting the half-million students attending the 23 campuses across the state.

Vice President of Academic Affairs at One Class, Rich DeCapua, surveyed 790 students within the California public college system on what they plan to do.

He says most of them plan to stick with their higher education plans but are still confused.

"Are weary about what is actually going to happen in the fall and are making plans that, if the mode of education, if the experience in college is so drastically different than what I already experience or what I’m used to paying for, that is something I have to feel I have to make a better-informed choice," said DeCapua

A small percentage of students surveyed said they’ll transfer or leave.
