Fire survivors deprived of their settlements demand transparency from Fire Victim Trust

More than 100 protestors participated in a "peaceful walk" Saturday morning to get the attention of the Fire Victim Trust that has yet to pay a majority of survivors the money they're eligible for.

Protestors marched down Skyway that ended in a rally where participants vocalized their frustrations with the Fire Victim Trust (FVT).

The Fire Victim Trust (FVT) says the millions they spent on overhead will allow them to payout survivors quicker, which protestors do not buy.{p}{/p}
