Power has been restored to all but 25 PG&E customers in downtown Chico. PG&E officials say the outage was caused by an equipment issue. Power is expected to be restored to all customers by 6 p.m.

Hundreds of PG&E customers lost power Wednesday in downtown Chico.
According to PG&E, 803 customers lost power shortly after 9 a.m.
The cause of the outage is unknown and there is no estimated time of restoration.
