Missing Arizona man's car found in Trinity County


TRINITY COUNTY, Calif. - The Trinity County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a suspicious missing person case near Humboldt County, according to the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office.

Family members reported 74-year-old Keith Olsen missing on Nov. 15 after he did not arrive as scheduled in Seattle, the HCSO said. Olsen left Yuma, AZ on Nov.12. He had planned a trip to Seattle where he would visit his daughter.

On Nov.18 his vehicle was determined to be abandoned and towed from that location. All of Olsen's belongings were found in the vehicle, including his wallet, cellular telephone, keys to the vehicle and luggage.

Olsen's daughter said she last spoke with her father on Monday around 4 p.m. when he was in the Sacramento area.

Olsen is described as a 5'11" tall, approximately 218 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. Olsen was driving a red 2011 Toyota Camry with an Arizona license plate number WCKCZ16.
