Shasta County Sheriff lays out proposal for new "wagon wheel" jail

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors met for a meeting Tuesday night to discuss a wide variety of issues, such as whether or not to permit the addition of a new holiday. However, one of the big agenda items involved the Sheriff’s department.
