Billie Graygarrigus, 29, and Alicia Baker, 28, were arrested Wednesday morning in connection with a burglary.

Police arrested the suspects after a pastor at Christian Life Center called authorities.

3. Memorial for late Chief Gray

Redding Fire Chief Gerry Gray will be honored Thursday with a memorial service in Red Bluff.

A procession of fire engines will travel through Redding to Red Bluff before the service.

4. Klamathon Fire body identified

The Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office has identified the man killed as a result of the Klamathon Fire.

Evidence suggests John Bermel, 72, was packing his truck during the July 5 evacuation in his neighborhood when he died.

5. Oroville man sentenced in connection with domestic abuse

The Butte County District Attorney's Office said Shawn Cahill from Oroville has been sentenced to 11 years and eight months in state prison.

Cahill was convicted for domestic violence, felon in possession of a firearm, and evading an officer.
