Over $43,000 worth of farm equipment stolen in Tehama Co.

A man in Tehama County had over $43,000 worth of equipment stolen from him between May 11 and May 12 and now the Tehama County Sheriff's Office is working to find it.

According to officials, deputies responded to West River Farms after receiving a report of a stolen backhoe tractor.

Kenneth Heiber said a backhoe he had parked on the property, along with chainsaws and equipment, were stolen.
