LANE FIRE:

The Lane Fire, burning in Tehama County off Highway 36 in Paynes Creek, is now 3,716 acres and 97 percent contained.

As of 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, all evacuation orders and warnings were lifted. All road closures have been lifted and residents may return to their home.

An evacuation center had been set up at the Red Bluff Community Center, located at 1500 South Jackson in Red Bluff.

An animal evacuation center had been set up at Rolling Hills Casino, located at 2655 Everett Freeman Way in Corning.

Officials said firefighters continue to build and reinforce containment lines around the fire.

Steep, rugged terrain paired with the hot and dry temperatures make firefighting efforts difficult.

Ground crews, with air support, continue to actively engage in suppressing spot fires around the perimeter of the incident.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

STOLL FIRE:

The Stoll Fire, burning in Tehama County near Stoll Road and Baker Road, is now 268 acres and 100 percent contained.

Forward spread of the fire has been stopped and crews are making good progress.

All road closures and evacuation orders have been lifted.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
