Shasta County woman appears in court for alleged illegal Botox case from 2019

Susan Ann Tancreto (60), facing charges for giving illegal Botox injections. The Shasta County DA's Office also filed charges against Larry Richard Pyle M.D. after they say he was selling the Botox to Tancreto even though she was not authorized or permitted to acquire or administer it.
