UPDATE: According to DNSO booking website, Edward Hughes has been arrested on murder charges, and is being held at $1 million bail.
Eddie Hughes, the person of interest in the homicide case of Emiley Hughes, has been taken into custody Monday night.
The Del Norte County Sheriff's Office, along with the help of multiple other agencies, made the arrest in the area of Northcrest and Dell Lane in Crescent City.
