New details on Tuesdays meeting in Eureka to determine HACHR's fate
EUREKA, Calif. —
After years of controversy surrounding needle exchange programs throughout the county, Humboldt Area Center for Harm Reduction will be standing before City Council Tuesday for a final decision on its program.
City Council member Kimberly Bergel says that they hope more communication at the meeting will hopefully bring the community together.
The meeting will be at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7 at Eureka City Hall.
